Cancel at any time, in two taps. No email, no call and no retention step is required.

How to cancel

• In the app: open You → Cancel subscription → Cancel subscription.
• On the web: go to sparkwell.win/account and click "Cancel subscription".
• By email: write to billing@bossa-ventures.com and we will cancel for you.

What happens

You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. No further charges are made. Your plan and saved phrases stay available until that date. We email a confirmation of every cancellation.

If you cancelled and were still charged, email billing@bossa-ventures.com and we will refund the charge.
